Our Strategy - Bespoke Recruitment
Baker Regent follows a strategy termed “Bespoke Recruitment”! This means we tailor each search for each client to ensure we take all aspects into account of their requirements. We pride ourselves on understanding our clients before we start to locate the correct candidates for them. Every company is different and we respect that when introducing them to the ideal person.
After receiving the initial inquiry from a client, we allocate them with a consultant who acts as their account manager and point of contact. The consultant will study our client’s company and tailor the search for the position keeping in mind the requirements, reporting lines and corporate culture. On client approval of a candidate’s CV, Baker Regent will organize an interview and provide client-candidate liaison.
Baker Regent, at it’s discretion, may advertise positions in newspapers and magazines as well as on our company website which receives a global audience.
