Our client has a unique B2B business trading model which has proved highly successful.  Through their offices in the UAE and USA, they operate over a wide range of industries introducing businesses to a new way of operating in order to expand, obtain new sales and manage budgets.

To accommodate with their expansion they are looking for a Business Development Manager with a good track record in a previous sales role, who is creative and has the ability to lead and motivate a team.

 Responsibilities:

                     Identify and assess prospective client

                     Research, develop and advise on ways for companies to implement barter solutions.

                     Ensure terms of transactions negotiated are both financially and legally sound.

                     Understand various businesses and industries, general business practices and business growth strategies.

                     Develop and manage strong relationship with clients and prospective trade partners, BizX advisors and consultants.

                     Develop, motivate, supervise & train team to drive new business

Skills:

                     A minimum of 5 years in the workforce and 2 years experience in the UAE, with an ability to communicate with decision makers.

                     Previous experience at senior level as Sales Account Manager, Business Developer or Consultant

                     Experienced using sales force automation software, Microsoft Office programs and email etiquette.

                     The ability to quickly understand new concepts and learn new systems

                     Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, good English a must.

                     Excellent presentation and analytical skills

                     Self starter with proven closing skills

                     Ability to lead a team and create a positive team environment

                     Ability to effectively, accurately and thoroughly manage diverse palette of responsibilities

                     Comfortable working in a high paced environment

                     Ethical, knowledgeable, creative and professional

Sales Executive - Dubai 

Our client, a leading supplier of Garments, Uniforms and Corporate Gifts, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to be based out of their offices in Jebel Ali Free Zone. The job will require daily movement through the Emirates (mainly Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi), so a valid UAE Driving Licence is absolutely necessary. All candidates applying for this position should currently be in the UAE as the company will not entertain CVs coming from abroad.

Skills

Candidates should have : 

> Experience in sales of garments, uniforms or corporate gifts within the UAE or GCC. 
> Strong list of sales contacts 
> An outgoing personality 
> A valid UAE driving licence & car 
> Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) 
> Past experience in preparing quotes for clients
