PA TO THE CEO & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OF WELL KNOWN INTERIOR DESIGN COMPANY BASED IN DUBAI.

 

Our client provides interior design services to both homes and businesses and specialises in fitout works, electromechanical, joinery, doors, wardrobes, kitchens and carpets. The company also has a sister company that designs and manufactures furniture.

 

Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant who will work directly with the CEO & Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and reliable. Experience in Interior Design is not a necessity.

 

Main responsibilities:

§  Diary management & maintenance

§  Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally traveling with the      manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance   during presentations.

§  Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of           management.

§  Taking dictation and minutes

§  Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;

§  Organising and attending meetings and ensuring management is well prepared for     meetings

§  Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;

§  Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 1-2 Years experience in PA position
  • Excellent MS skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English is a must
  • Western applicants preferred
